When NOT to choose ChatlanAI
We'd rather lose your business now than refund it in a month. Here are the situations where ChatlanAI is not the right tool:
- You want a full PMS. If you need calendar sync across Airbnb/Booking/VRBO, auto-pricing, cleaning-team workflows, or a unified inbox — go with Hospitable or Hostaway. ChatlanAI is intentionally a focused chatbot, not a PMS.
- You need the AI to post inside Airbnb's messaging inbox. Airbnb forbids that for third-party bots. ChatlanAI uses a separate web chat link by design. If your hosting style depends on guests messaging through Airbnb itself, you'd need an Airbnb official-partner tool, not us.
